Club Succession Planning

Leaders, it’s your job to implent a successful plan for upcoming officers to rely on. This ensures smooth transitions for a less stressful time in office.

General transition help

  • Document and make shared drives for each positon/anything important to your club
  • Have officer transiton meetings
  • Update all of your reports/info
  • Have elected members shadow current members
  • Help members with election

Elections

  • Have a clear timeline for when elections are held, keeping in mind that the new terms starts April 1st
  • Each club needs a president, vice president, secretary, and treasurer
  • Only members who’ve paid their dues can be elected

After elections

  • Update the MUC by April 1st
